Kevin A. Myers
Kevin is the master behind Muddy’s Studio. Kevin opened Muddy’s Studio as a direct result from graduating students and artists throughout Orange County, needing a professional place to continue their work.

Kevin received his MFA from Otis College of Art and Design and then went on to teach ceramics throughout Southern California. He has taught at the University of Southern California, University of California, Los Angeles, University of California Irvine, and California State University, Northridge. Kevin is the past chair of the art department and professor of art, at Orange Coast College. Aside from an extensive teaching career, Kevin has been a studio artist for over thirty years.

Kevin’s own work has appeared in many publications such as Hands in Clay, Contemporary Potter, and Best of Pottery 1 and 2. Kevin has shown his work in numerous galleries throughout the United States and his work is in several private collections.

He often conducts workshops and lectures at colleges and universities and was most recently featured as a guest lecturer at Berkeley and the California College of Art, in Oakland, California. Muddy’s Studio is a reflection of Kevin’s commitment and dedication to ceramics and all visual arts.
